Madelyn Breeding
Hi, I’m Madelyn Breeding, a licensed massage therapist since December 2024, though I’ve been practicing since 2021. My journey into massage therapy comes from growing up in a holistic environment and discovering my passion for helping others. I’m certified in Myofascial Release and also trained in aromatherapy.
I reside in Belleville, IL, working independently in O’Fallon and alongside Alternative Solutions here in Germantown. During warm months I enjoy morning markets and hiking, otherwise you’ll find me in my cozy massage room! I take pleasure in supporting fundraisers, you’ll find me every May in O’Fallon for the Brain Cancer Awareness Fundraiser.
Ongoing education is important to me, and I am dedicated to continually expanding my skills to better support my clients.
Tiffany Muniz, CLC
Meet Tiffany, our amazing Lactation Specialist and Childbirth Educator at Alternative Solutions! She earned her Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) credential in 2018 and is currently working toward sitting for the prestigious IBCLC exam.
For eight years, Tiffany has supported moms and babies through latching challenges and feeding concerns, with expanded training in breastfeeding support, tethered oral tissues, and reflux. She is also trained in craniosacral and fascial bodywork, which she gently integrates to help release tension in both babies and mothers, support more comfortable feeding, and promote optimal body balance during pregnancy and postpartum.
Tiffany’s passion lies in educating families through childbirth classes and hands-on support, helping parents feel confident, empowered, and deeply connected to what their bodies and babies are capable of.
When she’s not supporting families, she enjoys life at home in Breese with her husband and their son. She loves whipping up sweet treats, cooking nourishing meals, and caring for her ever-growing collection of houseplants.
Stephanie Hemker
Meet Stephanie. She first became interested in pelvic floor therapy shortly after PT school, when she realized how many women were struggling in silence and how few specialists were there to help. She pent 18 months training across the country, and knew she found her calling. Helping people regain hope and confidence is incredibly rewarding. Pelvic floor dysfunction may not take your life, but it can take your quality of life—restoring that is her way of making a difference. Her goal is to change the world, one pelvic floor at a time.

Hear from Our Clients
“I started seeing Kennedy when I was pregnant with my first and now my whole family sees her and the Alternative Solutions team. I love how Alternative Solutions provides a judgement free zone that is safe and even an inviting space for the whole family, including kiddos. The team is knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile to help my family.“
– Meaghan F.
"As a first-time mom, I began taking my daughter to Kennedy when she was about six weeks old. We were struggling with feeding issues and tummy discomfort, and I felt like our pediatrician wasn’t truly hearing our concerns. Kennedy not only provided the bodywork my daughter needed, but also connected us with resources to address her lip and tongue tie. She even gave me the reassurance and confidence to switch pediatricians without guilt. Now that I’m pregnant again, I see Kennedy for myself, and it has made such a difference in how I feel physically and how prepared I feel for labor. My newborn will absolutely be in her care, too! I always leave her office with new knowledge, a few good laughs, and a smile on my face."
– Caitlyn G.
“We are so incredibly grateful for Kennedy! Our entire family sees her, and she has truly been a game changer for us. Not only is she amazing at what she does, but she genuinely cares. If we ever need to get in at the last minute, she always finds a way to make it happen. Which means so much with a busy family. The biggest transformation has been my husband. He was in constant back pain for so long that he was honestly ready to just accept it as his ‘normal.’ After working with her, he is now completely pain-free. Zero pain. It’s been life-changing. We can’t recommend her enough; knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly gifted at what she does!”
– Tiffany S.
"We started seeing Dr. Brauer when my daughter was 8 weeks old. She was having issues with her neck and latch due to a rough delivery. After a few adjustments, my daughter’s latch significantly improved and she started sleeping through the night! I started getting adjusted by Dr. Brauer during my second pregnancy and it absolutely helped my delivery. The delivery of my son was so smooth and my postpartum was significantly better! My 3 month old son now sees Dr. Brauer and we always see improvements in his mood and gut health after each adjustment. We absolutely love Dr. Brauer and have had such a wonderful experience."
